Book Review: Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle
Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle by Tom Venuto is probably the best nutrition book anywhere. For most of the time I was dieting, I was learning information, here and there and I came up with a plan that worked for me.
When I read Burn the Fat, Feed The Muscle
I was taken back by two things, just how much it fell in line with the dieting / exercise philosophy and how if I found this book at the beginning how much easier it would have been. Yes, it’s that good. Now, I’m not sure if I would have followed it when I was first starting, because I had to discover some things on my own. However, the knowledge that is put forward in these pages are a true gold mine of information.
If you wan a bullprint for diet and exercise that will work long term follow the book. It’s not a restrictive book, it just shows you the right way to eat, what macronutrients you should follow, what percentages you should eat, and why all this stuff works together.
Now, I like being critical, there’s almost no negatives with this book. I would like to say that it’s the nutritional bible for dieting and that everyone should follow it. If I were to fault anything about the book is I wish there was more. The exercise section was just enough, but I would pay for a Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle exercise book if there was one. The exercise guide in the current book is excellent though, I just want more, because the book is that good.
I would say this is a must read and must follow type book. One thing that I noticed with a lot of self help books and things like that is that people will read the book, say it’s excellent, and then not put what they’ve learned into practice. If you read and follow this book you’ll get some amazing success that you always wanted.
