Acne is a common skin problem, more prevalent in teens than adults but can occur in both. Nothing can be as frustrating as Acne, and there are many causes of it, here are a few tips that may be able to help you get rid of Acne:

Bad Breath can be caused by many things, everything from certain foods to poor oral hygiene. So here are some tips that may help you with bad breath.

  1. You are what you eat and your breath can reflect that fact. Be careful about what you eat. Garlic and other spicey herbs can stick around for a long time. Other foods like cheese, deli meat, and fish may also cause bad breath.
  2. Brush your teeth after every meal. It is a simple, common sense way to improver your breath.
  3. Parsley is a great food to neutralize bad odors in your mouth. So keep some parsley around, and when you need to freshen your breath, chew a little of it. Other foods you can use to freshen your breath is: Clove, fennel, and anise seeds might also help.
  4. Brush your tongue every time you brush your teeth. Yep, your tongue can retain odors.
  5. Make regulars trips to the dentist.

  1. Ice pack, just use it to reduce the swelling.

I would suggest that you go to the doctor if you have Bronchitis, it really is important to have something like this checked. Now, Bronchitis is caused by a virus, so antibiotics won't work.   7. A bath with a few drops of cinnamon in the bath water, it is said that this can relieve congestion, and generally make you feel better.

A minor cut can be very annoying, but some of these suggestions might make the cut go away quicker and make you feel a little better:

  1. Apply direct pressure to the cut for a few minutes. Once the bleeding has stopped, apply a gauze bandage.
  2. If you have a wet tea bag handy, use it to stop the bleeding, the tea bag contains tannic acid which will help the blood coagulate quickly.
  3. You can rub a garlic clove over the cut if you think it will be infected. Mind you, that garlic has a powerful natural antibiotic.

Dandruff is a scalp condition that is very easy to control. Here are some simple things you can do:

  1. Shampoo often, and if you have severe dandruff use a tar based special shampoo.
  2. Thyme can also be used. Now this is a folk remedy, but here is the recipe: Boil four tablesppons of the herb in two cups of water for 10 minutes, strain, and allow it to cool. Pour the mixture over clean, damp hair and massage it in.
  3. Ultraviolet light can reduce the scalp inflammation and ease the flaking problem. So get out in the sun a little, it'll help your dandruff problem.
  4. Wash your hair with Warm Apple Cider Vinegar, then cover your head with a shower cap and let it stand for about an hour. Rinse with plain water, do that twice a week until your dandruff goes away.

Diarrhea, what can someone say about it, it comes at the most inconvenient times, and you always feel a bit embarrassed to say it as an excuse. So here are a few things you can do to prevent it and treating simple diarrhea.

  1. Every few hours eat blackberries in any form you like, jam, raw, or juice. This will make you feel instantly better, it is an old cure that is very effective.
  2. If you peel an apple and let it sit until it turns brown, and then eat it. If you let the apple stand you let out the pectin of the fruit. This is the main thing in most over the counter diarrhea medicines.
  3. If you get diarrhea after eating a dairy product you may be lactose intolerant. They have over the counter medicines that contain an enzyme to allow you to eat dairy products without getting diarrhea. So you might want to look into that if you believe yourself to be lactose intolerant.
  4. Drink plenty of fluids when you get diarrhea. Dehydrations is what can make diarrhea very dangerous so make sure you have plenty of fluids.

Dry skin mostly comes on during the winter and when it occurs it can be an unbearable annoyance. So here are two things you can do to help your skin.

  1. Soaking in water will only dry out your skin more and when you do bathe, make sure you use a super fatted soap. Strong soaps can make your skin that much dryer!!
  2. When you do bathe, once you are out of the water, make sure to put a moisturizer on your skin. Any type of moisturizer will do and it doesn't have to be an expensive moisturizer.
